ABOUT

At Perennial, we believe in the following core principles:

  • There should be no distinction between excellence and equity; achieving equity would mean excellence for all.

  • Theory, research, evidence and context should all be explored in order to inform action.

  • Leaders need to not only be knowledgeable about effective core practices but must also develop the strategy to implement them in a real-world context.

Perennial is well positioned to help leaders in districts, schools and other organizations articulate the importance and identify the key elements of excellence and equity across organizational domains. Of particular focus are the intentional structures and strategies needed to operationalize these elements for Perennial growth. This is what is ultimately needed to improve the lived experience of those served, especially those who have been furthest from the opportunity to realize excellence in any given space.
